Shipping Policy

We offer next day delivery a minimum order of AED 100 and to other cities (excluding special occasions like Valentine’s Day). Delivery fee is AED 60 to Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and AED 120 to Abu Dhabi other cities.

We also offer same day express delivery for an additional AED 100 if order is placed before 1 pm. During peak seasons, extra charges may apply. 

Our delivery timings are between 10 am to 7 pm. We cannot confirm a specific delivery time, however you can request in the 'Your Custom Text' box for a specific time-frame and we will try our best to deliver during that time frame.

We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that delivery will be on the requested delivery date and during the delivery timeframe. We cannot guarantee the time of delivery due to traffic, parking difficulties or delays from previous orders / deliveries. 

A few products may not be available for same day delivery. Such information is given in the respective product page & in the terms & conditions. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to the designated recipient's address.
